Having an ALL genre means I can also browse all patches without hearing the same one twice. What I am doing is creating a 3 folder deep sorting scheme similar to how Omnisphere displays the browser but I am also creating an 'ALL' genre because as you have maybe 20 genres for a browsing type, there are often duplicates of all sounds that fall under multiple genres.
